This is the Chats folder. It contains all the chats you have engaged in, identified by the person you chatted with.
To reactivate a chat, click the person you want to chat with. You'll see older chat comments.
In the input box above the old comments, type your new comment and press Enter/Return.
For more information about chats, click here. You can also choose Help > Contents at any time, and open Client Help.
